Rules
- You must be 18 years or older to participate in the MAGIC CITY MUTUELS REWARDS PROGRAM.
- A valid photo identification and/or driver's license is required to enroll in the program and to redeem all prizes.
- Membership is limited to one card per person. You may not distribute, loan or in any way allow another person to use your MAGIC CITY MUTUELS REWARDS card. Using this card to wrongfully earn points via deception, partnering or any other method will be considered card abuse. Noncompliance with these rules or misuse of card and privileges will result in loss of membership and accumulated points.
- Membership card must be presented to Mutuel Teller or inserted into a self-service terminal prior to placing wagers. Unacknowledged wagers will not earn points and will not be credited. When using the self-service terminal, it is the member's responsibility to ensure card is accepted.
- All points earned are non-transferable.
- You must be 21 years or older to redeem points for Free Play.
- All points expire on December 31. Any unused points will be canceled out. No points will be carried into the new year.
- All accounts will begin accumulating new points on January 1.
- Magic City Casino employees are not eligible for membership or for any rewards associated with the program.
- The card is the property of Magic City Casino and must be returned upon request.
- Management reserves the right to alter or terminate this program with no prior notice.
- Management reserves all rights and has the final decision in all disputes.
