Count Team Member

Description of Duties
  • Collects slot cash storage boxes from the slot floor in compliance with Internal Controls and State Rule.
  • Opens, counts and records poker room drop boxes and jackpot drop boxes in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Sorts, counts straps and records the contents of slot drop boxes according to approved procedures.
  • Compares information contained in slot drop boxes to data stored in the computer system.
  • Completes paperwork in accordance with internal controls.
  • Responsible for minor repairs and maintenance of soft count room equipment.
  • Notifies Count room manager of malfunctioning equipment.
  • Remains professional at all times while being efficient and effective.
  • All other duties assigned.
Work Requirements
  • High School diploma preferred
  • Ability to speak, read and write English.
  • Adding machine, currency counting machine and knowledge of computer terminal preferred.
  • Ability to “cut” and count gaming chips.
  • Ability to obtain appropriate occupational license(s).
  • Basic mechanical (repair) ability helpful.
  • Prior money handling experience preferred.
  • Team work skills are a must.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand, bend, squat and kneel for extended period of time.
  • Must be able and willing to lift objects heavier than 5 lbs. and to push heavy carts through the casino floor.

Security Agent

Description of Duties
  • Conducts him or herself in accordance with all Department of Business and Professional Regulation standards and the Company’s internal policies and procedures
  • Patrols gaming areas and grounds to establish security presence and reports all unusual situations and suspicious persons.
  • Monitors through inspection and observations all activities within the facility.
  • Observes, records and reports any unusual incidents and occurrences including medical situations .
  • Provides excellent customer service to ensure positive guest experiences.
  • Knowledgeable of all current marketing events happening to promote and assist our patrons
  • Stands post to ensure alertness in the casino

Work Requirements
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Class ‘D’ License preferable.
  • 1+ years of previous security experience preferred.

EMT/Paramedic

Description of Duties
  • We are looking for a EMT/Paramedic to join our team. EMT's start at $14 and Paramedics at $15, after 90 days $1.50 increase!
  • Renders assistance as warranted to employees and/or patrons in need of medical assistance.
  • Serves as the liaison between other emergency services, such as the police or fire brigade and Management.
  • Conducts drug testing in accordance with the Company’s Drug Free Workplace Program.
  • Prepares written documentation on all treatment provided to employees and/or patrons.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Paramedic or EMT certification required.
  • Must understand all applicable legal, moral and ethical issues surrounding emergency medical service.

Poker Dealer

Description of Duties
  • Deals various Poker games in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Opens and closes assigned Poker tables.
  • Monitors and maintains card control, chip control, and other elements of Poker gaming integrity.
  • Hosts guests and ensures high quality games and service levels.
  • Answers questions about game rules and casino policies.
  • May be required to assist in brush and/or chip runner duties.
  • Responds to complaints, mediates disputes, and provides professional and positive guest interactions.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Work Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Poker School Certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of poker dealing experience preferred.
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred.
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time, have finger and manual dexterity, have hand-eye coordination, ability to grasp, reach, bend, lift up to 10 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
  • Strong knowledge of poker rules.
  • Ability to Explain and operate Poker game play and tournament play.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.

Wait Staff

Description of Duties
  • Takes orders and serves food and beverage items to our customers in a timely, friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner using suggestive selling techniques
  • Describes all menu items, prices and methods of preparation
  • Ensures station and table set ups are complete prior to service and at the end of the shift
  • Clears tables during service
  • Maintains area with all supplies
  • Controls guest checks to secure proper payment
  • Communicates and works closely with kitchen staff to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assists guests as necessary

Work Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous experience working as a server preferred
  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license

  • Fine dining serving experience is a plus
  • Must be minimum age to serve alcohol

Driver

Description of Duties
  • Transports guests via golf cart or shuttle bus to and from our parking lot to the main entrance of the Casino or Poker Room.
  • Transports guests from local hotels, senior centers, and airport in shuttle bus to and from facility as needed.
  • Follows predetermined routes and schedules for pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • Transports VIP guests as required.
  • Ensures passengers are safely seated in vehicle before and during transport.
  • Assists elderly, disabled or other guests while entering or exiting vehicle. 
  • Inspects vehicles and golf carts regularly for damages, cleanliness and gas levels. Reports any issues to Transportation Manager.
  • Fills up gas tank when requested by fleet manager or transportation manager. 
  • Ensures vehicles are locked and secured at completion of shift.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Work Requirements
  • CDL License with Passenger (“P”) endorsement preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
  • 2-3 years of multi-passenger vehicle driving experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Must have knowledge of Florida transportation laws
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have keen attention to detail, organization and time management.
  • Must be flexible and able to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
